What brand of shirt do you use?
All tee shirts are printed on Cotton Heritage or Gildan.

What size should I order?
Our sizes range from Small- 2X. Please see our sizing chart for additional details and suggestions for fit. Both hoodies and sweatshirts are unisex fit. Because everyone’s preferred fit varies, please review the sizing chart before placing your order.

What type of printing process is used?
Screen printing is used for all of our t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies. Our jogger sets are embroidered along with select hoodies (labeled EMBROIDERED).

Will the design fade?
After repeated washes, some of the prints may fade. Blacks printed tees may fade the most but will still hold up for continuous wear and washes. Please refer below for complete washing instructions.

Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, following the wash instructions for our t-shirts:
Wash inside out with cold water, with like colors. A gentle wash cycle is recommended.
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
Pressing: Iron t-shirt inside out on low. Never make direct contact with the printed area!

What form of payment do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards (i.e. visa, mastercard, american express etc.). We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

Shipping:
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-14 business days. Most orders should be received within 10 business days. For international orders shipping may take anywhere from 3-5 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing. International tracking on orders will not update once the package leaves the US, however the order has been shipped!
Holidays or other high demand times orders may take anywhere from 10-15 business days.

Do we offer package tracking?
Yes! Once your item is shipped a tracking number will be provided. This does not include international purchases.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies and depends on the size of the order and the location in which it is being shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to anywhere in the world!

What is your return policy?
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

What if I received a defective/wrong product?
We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at thedopeprofessional@gmail.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

We will provide you with a 50% off discount code for your next purchase if you received a defective product. All wrong orders we send out will be corrected.

What if the color is not the same color when I get it?
Due to variation in monitor settings, The DOPE Professional makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product.

Note that like-named colors used by various apparel manufacturers/brands/styles (i.e. Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy, etc.) are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other or to any of the The DOPE Professional thread guide options.

Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone or any other display settings.

What if I forget to use my discount code?
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.

Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.
